PINOCCHIO: A STORY ABOUT THE GOLDEN KEY

This is a summary of the terms and conditions (T&C) that apply to your Purchase  and use of this ticket ("Ticket") to attend the event named on the Ticket ("Event") at the venue ("Venue"). The full terms and conditions can be requested from TixBox and can be found on www.TixBox.com.

1. All Tickets are sold subject to the Terms and Conditions. Please read the T&C carefully before purchase and raise any queries with The Promoter, the Agent or Venue (as relevant) before purchase. Your purchase of a Ticket constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

2. You must present a valid Ticket to gain access to the Event and you must keep possession of such Ticket or equivalent (i.e. wristband), at all times during the Event. Your Ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. No duplicate tickets will be issued by TixBox nor will TixBox be responsible to replace lost, destroyed or damaged tickets.

3. Tickets are personal revocable licenses to attend the Event and shall at all times remain the property of TixBox. Any Ticket obtained in breach of the T&C will be void.

4. If you have any special access requirements or concerns about any special effects (including but not limited to lighting, sound or audiovisual), which may be featured at the Event, please discuss any such issues before attending the Event with TixBox by contacting us at support@tixbox.com.

5. Tickets are sold subject to TixBox's right to alter the advertised Event as reasonably necessary. No refund will be owed should a change to the advertised Event line-up occur. Tickets are non refundable.
6. The use of any equipment for recording or transmitting by digital or other means, any visual or audio visual in the Venue is strictly forbidden. You may take your phone into the venue but you expressly agree not to use it to record and/ or transmit the performance.

No FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY or RECORDING DEVICES of any kind are allowed.
7. No professional cameras (those with a detachable lens) or any digital cameras, video and audio recording devices (including GoPros or tablets) of any kind are allowed to the venue. 

8. No outside food or beverage is allowed inside the venue.
9. All Tickets should not be altered, modified, copied or reproduced in any way without prior written consent from TixBox.

10. All Tickets are for personal use only. The resale or use of Tickets for any form of business or commercial activity is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent from TixBox is received.

11. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence, hospitality or accommodation relating to the Event are at your own risk. Neither TixBox, nor The Event Promoter or Venue shall be liable for any loss or refund.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse your entry and/or eject you from the Event and/or Venue (and may take appropriate action to enforce this right) in circumstances, including without limitation:(a) health and safety or licensing reasons, (b) behavior in a manner that has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Event or (c) if you use or display threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms or behave in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace,(d) if, in TixBox's sole discretion, you appear to be acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs (e) if you fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age, (f) if you refuse to comply with any search required by TixBox or security on side,(g) if you fail to comply with customs and standard practise of the territory of the Event in regards of dress code and such, (h)  if you breach these Conditions or (h) if your Ticket is void. No refund is made if you are refused entry or ejected.

13. TixBox reserves the rights to conduct security searches and confiscate any item, which in the opinion of TixBox may cause danger or disruption to other persons at the Event, or you carry one of the items not permitted in the Venue such as:  (a) illegal substances, (b) laser pens, (c) animals (except guide dogs), (d) your own food and drink(s), (e) any item which may be interpreted as a weapon (including sharp or pointed objects such as knives). Notwithstanding anything else in the Terms and Conditions, neither the Venue nor TixBox  or Promoter will be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items.

14. TixBox nor Promoter is responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
15. If before or during the Event you have a complaint in relation to the Event, please speak to TixBox representative or a steward promptly or contact us at support@tixbox.com to investigate further.

16. By purchasing Ticket you give your express consent to your actual or simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any film, photography, audio and/or audiovisual recording to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world. This includes but is not limited to filming by the police or security staff, which may be carried out for the security of Customer or the prevention of crime.

17. If you leave the Event, you will not be re-admitted entry. 

 18. The Ticket holder must comply with the Events safety regulations and announcements when attending the Event. You attend the Event at your own risk. This includes without limitation health, safety and security. TixBox nor Promoter has responsibility for injury, loss, theft or cost as a result of attending an Event. In particular, we cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the Tickets purchased by the Customer.

19. By purchasing a Ticket for the Event you agree to the Purchase policy, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy as mentioned on the Website of TixBox.

20. You hereby agree to Data protection policy as per local laws and regulations. 

21. Custumer is obliged to follow the seat number, row and zone as per the issued Ticket.

22. Latecomers policy is apllicable and must be understood and followed when coming to the Event.

23. Local governmental rules and regulations apply at all times and Ticket Holder is responsible to follow them.
