  • How can I buy tickets?

    After selecting the category and number of tickets, you'll be prompted to enter payment information and delivery method. For some events, you may be able to choose seats/ blocks. Then, the system would request you to choose which seats you'd like to purchase.

  • Is VAT included in the price of the tickets?

    Yes, VAT and all taxes are included in the price of the tickets.

  • What is "service fee"?

    Service fee is the fee that TIXBOX charges the promoters for the services it provides them. The amount of the fee differs according to the agreement between these two parties.

  • What is "transaction fee"?

    Transaction fee covers all the services (SMS, courier, printed tickets, security, maintenance) that TIXBOX provides for its customers. Regardless of the number of tickets bought, the transaction fee is the same.

  • How come courier delivery service is more expensive?

    Courier delivery is more expensive than digital delivery since there are more costs involved in the process such as printing and courier. Therefore, we'd strongly recommend that you select the digital ticket option; it's faster, much cheaper, not to mention environmentally-friendly!

  • I ran into a problem during payment, how I can find out whether I've purchased a ticket or not?

    You can see all the tickets you've ever bought from the My Tickets menu at all times. If you cannot see tickets to a particular event, then your transaction has not gone through. Still, if you think there may be a problem, please do not hesitate to send us an email, we'll get back to you.
